Speed up start time?

I have 21x clients.

I takes a couple of minutes to start up, as each client 'wait' for the next to start before starting up. Across 21 clients this takes a while.

Is there a way to speed this up, so I can launch them simultaneously? Or 3-4 at at time?

They launch one at a time to prevent issues that occur when loading too fast. If you launch them simultaneously they're not going to be guaranteed to come out right
