EVE Rubicon-related bug fixes

Edit: This build is now live. To get the fixes, simply restart Inner Space to let it patch up.

I have a development build of Inner Space ready for testing, to fix bugs the following bugs reported since Rubicon:
- Game window resets to the wrong position when the game is set to Fullscreen mode (in the in-game video options)
- Game has the wrong resolution in DirectX 11 mode (e.g. "incorrect scaling"), causing Instant Swapping to be slow instead of instant

I was previously directing people to http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4988 which has instructions to switch the game to Windowed mode and potentially DirectX 9 mode as well.

I would like confirmation that the new build works instead of the previous fixes. Please let me know, so that I can push this build live with the fixes. Thanks!

I'm not sure it has fixed all the bugs. Whilst I am able to launch eve and mainly have seamless usage. I find now that there is quite a bit of flickering, particularly if I click on something other than an Eve window and then back on to Eve.

It didn't do this before Rubicon.

So are you saying that it fixed the bugs I listed, or that it did not fix the bugs I listed? Because that's the question here ;)

i can confirm that u fixed a bug :)

on the day rubicon was launched some clients did some wired swapping to the main windows / monitor even they were told to not swapping at all, after the last inner space auto update this issue not happend again at all.
