First off, you're going to need a lot of capital to start your project. Renting space can be pretty expensive, and the ships/mods/logistics of everything will add up after awhile. This is nullsec, so you should be prepared to lose everything at least once a month.
Best thing you could do, join a corp/alliance that already has some space. You might find some dudes already running mining ops, and better yet you might be able to find/pay some people to guard you.
Otherwise, it's best to find the space you want, pay off whomever need and set up a POS in a centralized system. You have six toons, if you're going solo I'd recommend one booster (orcas are nice, you can go through gates/cheaper/easier to train), two DPS/ECM guards, and three mining barges/exhumers. If you can get guards or don't have the skills but are willing to risk it, one booster and five miners. Depending on what you already have trained, this might not be too hard to plan. I'd also recommend buying/training an indy character to help things out.

Plexing six accounts: 3.78b
Mining Ships: ~100m to 700m depending on which ship you go for
Modules: 100m (that's extra to cover shiny things)
Implants (you do want): 450m (for the good ones)
BOOSTER (try not to lose this one ever)
Ships: Orca 550m, Rorqual 2b
Modules: 200m
Implants: 80m
TOTAL
7.31b startup + 5.03b per month, assuming you lose your fleet once per month (not your boosting ship).
Not included in all this is the price of skill books and training time it would take to get to the best of the best.
But hey, if you want to go for it I'm all for it, I even have a Rorqual trained up in three weeks.
