Need Ship Advice for both PVP and PVE

This is my third day multiboxing EVE. Amazing so far. I have 3 accounts and one trial in training.I just ran some level 4's for a few hours. I need advice on the best way to loot these as going back for my noctis is too time consuming. I run 3 dominix with the sniper sentry setup, so it goes fast, but the isk is in the loot. That takes forever.
Also I am training my toons for Armageddon, a drone/missile ship, a couple days away. But can 3 Drakes run 4's better?
What I want is a ship that I do both pvp AND Pve with. Is the drake viable for level 4's? I never tried it. I have always been a sniper in the missions but if I am going to pvp I have to change my play style and be up close. All 3 of my toons are drone heavy in training and missiles, I hate guns, was never good with them and dont want to do the month training for them when I am already torpedo ready. I seen the Armageddon is now a missile launcher packing drone boat and that appeals to me, but jumping in wormholes its hard to catch small ships , more so when they see 3 Dominix locking them. I never was much into pvp but to be honest when I started multiboxing, I have an evil want to chase people down. I sucked with one ship, but the prospect of 4 or 5? Hmmmm.....Just need some advice on this. Thanks

imo, mulitboxing missions isnt where the money is, especially in battleships. Most of your time you spend docking/warping/slowboating to mission gates.
With a multibox setup, you should kill NPCs so fast that you make more ISK from LP/bounties, so salvaging in fact will just decrease your profit.

Id get non-drone boats for lvl4s, so you can kill stuff while moving to the next gates in contrast to sentry drones.
I used to run CAs in nullsec with 6 sentry domis (2-3 also work of course). Fit for max gank and no tank, find anomalies where the targets spawn at fixed ranges (such as Havens) warp in at rangeand start killing BSs (one domi with guns, the rest drones assigned, or if you have the skills, all of them with guns of course).
