Window Layout Problem and not Broadcasting...new

I used ISBOXER for wow a long time ago. I am into eve for about 4 years now, seen a video on youtube and got a 7 day trial starting today. My problems are this...I made my character set, selected my window layout, I have 3 toons, exported all then when it opens clients I have one main window and the other 2 over lap each other, it wont allow me to see all 3 screens at once, only 2. One big window and 2 small at bottom is what I chose. Also, it isn't broadcasting my mouse etc at all, the diagram thingy isnt on my screen. I have read the guide and redone everything over and over for 4 hours now with same result. I am using one monitor by the way. Windows overlapping on the bottom is my first main issue here.

After a couple more hours, I noticed the launcher doesn't open in each window layout spot either. Only one launcher in middle of screen. Is this right? I know in wow it opened in each spot...not doing that for me in eve.

For some odd reason it started working now. Strange, I seem to remember it doing the same to me a year or so ago.
