Innerspace Not Working On WINDOWS 8 64 bit

it Cannot launch the uplink window.

Show me this message : "Innerspace Could not Initialize its Direct3d engine . the uplink will be unvailable"

I try to config EVE ONLINE to play with : the game is launched but anything is shown up.

I try to patch : not working .

so , nothing is working at the moment . any help ?

i download latest driver from nvidia.
