"Enable Video FX Focus Hotkey" not working

After the recent update I'm unable to use "alt-Mouse1" to focus. I haven't changed anything, but this is the first time I've used ISBoxer since it's most recent update. Eve also had an update last week. I checked my setting using this guide: http://isboxer.com/wiki/Common_modifications#Window_switching and everything looks correct.
