Mouse no longer lining up

Not sure what is going on here, have been using ISBoxer in Eve for a a couple months without any issues. All of a sudden(without any changes to isboxer settings) the mouse no longer lines up properly across all monitors.

I am using 5 monitors with 5 eve clients. 1 client on each monitor in full screen.
All clients are running at 1920x1200 resolution, with different screen/window sizes.
Using the repeater cursor positioning mode From upper left. Though I have tried all settings there and no difference.
Instant window swapping is enabled

One odd thing is that the "fake cursor" lines up PERFECTLY on all the screens, but when i click the mouse is actually somewhere else. (buttons don't light up when moused over even though the fake cursor is over them)
The true mouse position ends up being something like 120 pixels south of the fake cursor.

Have tried moving the window positions around to match up with the alignment problem, but the windows then dont fit properly on the monitor.

It was working fine for months, I did not change any ISBoxer or eve client settings. The only things I can think of that changed were Innerspace/ISBoxer patches and Eve-Online patches.

What is your Inner Space build number? To find out, hover your cursor over the Inner Space icon in the system tray. The current live build is 5604, so if you're on an earlier build close and restart Inner Space, and that might fix it for you (build 5604 specifically addresses what I think you're running into here)

I think the problem may have started with this most recent build. I had 5604. Currently I have 5607, I allowed it to go to a development build trying to fix the problem.
Running ISBoxer 40.2.0507.3

I'm not sure exactly when the problem started, as I haven't had much time to game lately. For sure within the past week, been trying for a few days now to get it working again.

Okay. Is the game (in the in-game video options) in windowed mode, fixed window, or full screen mode?

All clients are in Fullscreen 1920x1200.

My monitors are different resolutions, 1 - 1920x1200, 2 - 1920x1080, 2 - 1680x1050.

I had it working perfect before though as long as the actual in game resolutions were the same.

Running Windows 7 x64, all current on updates.
Running with Windows Aero enabled, though I have tried it disabled.

Anywhere I can find some previous builds of innerspace to try?

Update:
I found the innerspace archive versions and went to the latest archive version. 5578

With build 5578 everything once again works perfect. Guess I will just turn auto update off for a while =D
