I am battling with the settings but could not achive what I was looking for. I would like to have 2 eve windows side by side, on one monitor, I don't want them to switch around and I want to be able to decide when the mouse repeats and when not. I figured out the mouse repating part, but having trouble with the window arrangement. I have the 2 windows side by side setup but they either spawn on top of each other or keep on swapping around when I try to click around. Any help?

Disable swapping? Just select your Window Layout in the top pane, then on the bottom right the top drop-down box defaults to "always, for game windows" -- set it to never, export, and then your windows don't swap.
