Innerspace Character Sets not working

I have 2 separate PCs. One PC has no issue with launching character sets. The PC that does have an issue didn't have any issues running 15 accounts through the EVE Launcher a day ago, but with CCPs latest destructive change to their launcher, and trying to troubleshoot I broke it. I've reformatted the HDD, I've tried the 7245 dev patch, the 7242 live version, the eve launcher and also ISBEL. All configurations can be launched individually through innerspace but none of them are launching the clients grouped and formatted through their character sets.

When I launch a new set from IS - the exefile.exe will run in the background but not display to the foreground where they can be viewed.

Bit of a weird one.

I see you have the dev build. That is good.
I would
1. Update the NVidia graphics driver as there is a newer version
2. Remove GeForce Experience when you update the graphics driver. Generally you need a custom install and only select the Graphics Driver, HD Audio, PhysX, and USBC options (and the HD Audio and USBC might be overkill too).

If you can't do 2, then in GeForce Experience make sure the overlay and Share/Shadowplay options are disabled

1. Double checked that I'm using the latest build for my 3080TI, Driver Version: 551.23 - Release Date: Wed Jan 24, 2024

2. Uninstalled Geforce Experience, uninstalled graphics drivers and nvidia bloat. Reinstalled the 551.23 manually with only driver and PhysX checked.

Updating to close this post. I continued to tinker with ISboxer after following the solutions posted by Bob. I deleted the ISBoxer old sets before the driver reinstall, and the geforce experience uninstall. Re-created new character sets and began with only 1 character in the set, it worked, then slowly added more sets with more characters, until my current 15 character set was created in ISBoxer, exported to innerspace, launched from Inner space executed the eve clients and formatted them per the window layout.

If you're going to use CCP's eve launcher as your game profile for EVE make sure you're using Lax's latest 7245 innerspace patch.
