I cant get isboxers eve launcher to work, help please

my trouble with the launcher continues.
Perhaps there is a workaround of some kind?
I think i can remember a couple years back, it was possible to launch eve clients out of the popup window you get when rightclicking isboxer "red crosshair" in button right of windows desktop.
Is it possible to launch clients independently and login manually inside the client?
I am mostly missing the isboxer grid and the hotkey that allows me to maximize the next client window, but i guess there are no other software solutions that allows that?
