Eve Launcher crashes when opened via Inner Space

As the title says:
When I open the Eve Launcher manually, I can log in and start the game normally.
When I open the Eve Launcher using Inner Space, the Launcher starts up, but crashes as soon as I click any one button (be it "Sign In" or the Options-Cogwheel, does not matter).
The Windows Error Protocol grants the following information:

If there is more information needed, just let me know.
Edit: To solve this, I already reinstalled Eve Online as well as Inner Space and ISBoxer. Problem still persists.
Inner Space is run as admin.

Thanks in advance.

A compatibility diagnostic would be the first thing to look at.

I followed the instructions and generated the diagnostics file, which you can find here: https://pastebin.com/9fTUF7wP

The thing that immediately jumped out at me was Avira.
A second look hasn't really provided any other possibilities, so I would go with the first instinct for now. Either set some exclusions on the antivirus, or for full testing, temporarily uninstall it (this is for diagnostic purposes to determine if it is the cause).

Thanks, I will try that out and respond here when I get some results.

I tried Avira exceptions first, then completely uninstalled it and rebooted. Both sadly did not change anything. Problem still persists.
In addition, I tried deactivating the Windows Firewall, but that had no effect either.

Any further suggestions I could try to make it work again?

Edit: I have also tried the advice from this thread, where the user had a similar problem, but to no avail: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10533

Edit 2: And tried the ISBoxer Eve Launcher, but it would not let me add my accounts. When I try, it gets an error and closes

No further suggestions that you'd like.

I can't see anything else that makes me think it might even remotely be why it is crashing, so I'd be on the reinstall Windows option. It's not something I like to suggest, as it is rather a defeatist thing, and it'd be nice to have set steps to follow, but it is the only thing I can think of currently.

Okay, I will try that, then.
Thanks again for your help.

So, I made a fresh windows installation. Problem persists.
I also reinstalled ISBoxer software. Problem persists.
Then, I re-created my character set from scratch. Problem persists.

As an additional note, I used ISBoxer for years on that very machine, so I doubt it is a hardware problem.

Kind regards
