Folks,

Running into a bit of a problem. Since Monday, I haven't been able to use ISBEL. I get the attached error. I have reinstalled everything including the OS (Not Because of Eve) but the error still persists. I've tried reading the forums to find something similar but they seem to go back to 2016 and windows 7 although I may have missed something. I have the following:

Windows 10 Version 2004 with all updates
32 GB Ram
I7 5820 on Asus Rampage V

If I launch Eve online alone, works fine. If I try with just an IS Boxer configuration without launcher get the login disappearing but nothing happening. I installed launcher back in May because of this problem and everything was working well until Monday. On Monday I got the attached error when trying to start characters. Since the re-install, I get this same error even trying to add an account to ISBEL.
Any help would be appreciated.

This error is noted and being discussed on Discord.

It is weird, because it only affects some people, and so far, each time we think we've found the cause, it fails for the next test person.

The fix Diddy came up with from Discord seems to have solved whatever the problem was. Game is working now.

I have similar problem. When I try to add account to launcher I have this message:

Yep, mine is back again today as well. Can't get anything from ISBoxer to work at all. Disappearing after the login on ISBoxer itself, and on the ISBEL it's now back with the same error.

So... Any solution for this problem?

I am having the same issues as mentioned above. I am unable to utilize isboxer for EVE in any capacity. I have updated the EVE Launcher to .35

Error1 image is for when trying to launch an EVE account already setup and configured.


Error2 image is for when trying to add an EVE account to the list of known EVE accounts. Please note that the dropdown for choosing a profile is blank and has nothing to choose from.

I'm having this exact issue too

The setup used to work for me, but after an update of the EVE client I could not get it to work anymore.
I'm using
Innerspace v1.16 (build 7600)
ISBoxer (build #42)
Isboxer Eve Online Launcher (v1.0.0.35)
(all running as admin after UAC prompt)

The error I'm getting is:
Exception unhandled by ISBoxer EVE Launcher: System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: The connection closed unexpectedly.

what I have tried:
- starting EVE through the EVE Launcher (so without the Innerspace/IEO Launcher)
-> all relevant accounts start up
- followed these installation steps: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8142
- turning off my firewall/av
- reinstalling ISBoxer, Innerspace, Isboxer Eve Online Launcher (and deleting all files that I thought contained settings, like the XMLs)
- reinstalling EVE Online
- reinstalling Windows 10

-> installed the IEO launcher in my Innerspace directory
-> IEO Launcher is pointed at the correct SharedCache dir
-> I can create a new profile
-> when I try to add a new account the profile line is blank and I get the same error

does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
Is there anything I can test/try to help analyze the issue?

i am also having this issue when trying to use ISBEL

i got this error back in september before i got my new pc and had my subscription ending in a month. at the time i didnt bother as i stopped playing eve, now that imm back into eve, i resubbed to isboxer.


i have done a full reinstall of eve, isboxer and isbel (pc is brand new so shouldnt have to reinstall windows)

did any of you guys get it to work in the end?
