Can't get the viewer to show on my Dx nothing

thanks for all the help man i'm going to have to see what i can do about aero now i ran through all the stuff that you suggested but with out aero it doesn't seem like its going to function right

ALso, in the Control Panel, Goto System, -> Performance Information and Tools, and make sure the WEI assessment has been completed.
