You can lock, unlock and target from the Fleet Broadcast window. So the click on the hud has that character broadcast, then I mouse over to the Fleet Broadcast VFX and shift-click to lock them. When I need to clear a target after an aggro swap, I just control-click on the Fleet Broadcast VFX to unlock.
Scoop range on drones is 2500m. Regroup has your ships orbit at only 500. As long as you drop drones about 10+ seconds after you've hit your regroup button (obviously sooner if you have afterburners running), you'll scoop 90% of your drones immediately when you hit the Scoop to Drone Bay keybind. If you wait a few seconds while they orbit, they'll sail in range of the drones and scoop'em. If there are stray drones I just approach them on the main while everyone stays orbiting. The trick is to wait a good 10 seconds after you hit regroup so that they drop them within scoop range while orbiting. This is probably the number one time saver I've discovered.
I swapped to a Rapier for webbing instead of the Loki. With Recon IV and the T1 boosts from my command ship I web to 60km. The range is vastly more important than the brick tank on the Loki in my opinion--With the webs reaching out that far I volley cruisers and frigates as they approach, before they get the chance to apply their neuts. It's a small thing, but since I run active hardeners I prefer to not have to squint at the gigantic grid of active modules if I can help it.
With HAC IV and three Omnidirectional Tracking Link IIs scripted for Optimal Range, my optimal is 55km and falloff is another 35km with Garde IIs. The Rapier has bonused Target Painters, so I went down to two on the Rapier and another four from Ishtars. With all six on a target plus the Rapier webs, I volley the frigates 100% of the time--It doesn't matter if they're at 80km or 6km orbiting at max (webbed) speed. I've seriously considered setting up separate Drones Engage keybinds so I can cut down on the four second cycle time the drones.
My watchlist on all characters is in the exact same spot and each non-Logistics ship only adds one character to it. As soon as I land on grid I use a VFX to have five Ishtars and one Vexor Navy Issue lock up each Logistics ship and apply three Remote Sensor Boosts and three Projected ECCM. The four Ishtars who are providing Target Painters plus the 10 Ishtars who are doing PECCM/ReSebo are also each feeding one medium cap transfer into their buddy Logistics ship.
In sequence I fleet warp to a site, regroup, drop MTU, lock ReSebo/PECCM/Cap buddies, turn on ReSebo/PECCM/Cap, lock up first four targets, wait 2-3 seconds, then drop drones. The whole evolution is definitely the hardest part of a site. Even though the initial warp-in wave of the sites doesn't do a lot of DPS, they swap targets randomly so I have to lock and unlock a lot of targets and apply one or two rep cycles apiece.

Most people can't put together a fleet that can realistically break me before I can call in reinforcements from my home hole. What they
can do is cap escalate me, a la
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DB6xEx7 ... e=youtu.be. If you're doing home sites you're safe if you crit all incoming holes and watch for new signatures. Nobody can bring in enough to kill you in your setup with only 300m mass to work with. Even if they went full tilt and brought in 200m of T3's and used the last bit to bring a Moros through, a Dominix could tank the alpha from a single capital escalation.
If you're doing sites in your static or a bit farther down the chain (not really possible with Dominix due to mass, probably), then you just have to watch d-scan and check all each POS in the system before you get to work.
I actually swapped to Augorors for my Logistics after losing my Nestors that time. They tank better since they have 1/5th the sig radius, and with the Ishtars feeding them cap they can fit five medium reppers that are bonused and rep as much as a Guardian does.

With the swaps from a Loki to a Rapier and two Nestors to Augorors, I'm actually clearing even faster. I can clear Garrisons and Strongholds in 7-9 minutes depending on how far out the shitty waves spawn. I don't put my fleet on grid for anything less than four sites--We roll our hole 4-5 times a day, so I just need one good system with 15-20 combat sites to make 3-4b.
