Eve windows resizing?

After about 6 hours setting this up, due to me being too stupid to hit the save button I finally get a ratting setup similar to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HA88ndjh8x4
After I log out and back in a lot of my in game windows, specifically chat windows and a few others have been smashed up into the top corner, and my setup is void.

Also I am trying to do something, I have 2 monitors, a 14 inch monitor that is the laptop screen, and a 23 inch hooked up via hdmi. What I want it my dxnothing window set up on the 23 inch, and the rest stacked on the 14 inch screen, on top of each other. How do I do this?

I appreciate the assistance. This has been a frustrating experience setting this up, but If these few things can be solved I'll be a happy camper.

That's ... bizarre. I've never heard of that happening to anyone so I'm not sure specifically what to suggest. It might be possible to resolve it by switching the game's windowed mode setting (in the game), e.g. to Fullscreen mode. Then of course you can reset the in-game window positions in the game through its Options screen

This one should actually be pretty easy. If you have dxNothing added to your Character Set already, then use the Window Layout Wizard and select the "Full Screen Stacked" window layout style, then finish the wizard. You don't have to worry about the dxNothing window being on the right screen at that point. After completing the wizard, then go in the top left pane under Window Layouts and select this new layout; then in the bottom left pane, select "Regions" to bring up the regions editor. Here, you can click and drag the highest-numbered Region (which will represent dxNothing assuming it's the last Character in your Set) to your 23-inch screen, and resize it either via click and drag or by entering the numbers in the Properties box to the right.

I thought about it after I posted, I think the window resizing came from me messing with window layout while trying to solve problem two last night.
Either way, thanks for your response, I will attempt that resolution tonight when I get home. Appreciate the quick response.
