"Muting" to a specific character

I would like to have my cloaked observer character logged in, swap-able to my main view as any other character, but not sending or receiving any mouse or keyboard commands.

Is this achievable somehow ?

you can then use a key to broadcast to the group (meaning all your toons but your cloakyfag ) instead of the default 'broadcast to all' key
