Game wont hook to character after launching.

Hello. My game launches fine but then i'm getting the common 3 minute timeout error. I have closed several things to try to get it to work but have had no luck so far. Here is my generated log from private paste.

The most important things to try shutting down are the ones that appear in the bottom list, and are not part of EVE or Windows. I would point at these as the primary suspects:

100. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Spigot\Search Settings\wth160.dll
101. C:\Program Files (x86)\1&1\1&1 Office-Drive Manager\ExplorerHook.dll

If you can shut those down and ensure they no longer appear in the list at all, that will help narrow this down

Uninstalled and rebooted and still no avail. Here is my new log file, I believe I got rid of all processes associated with the programs you mentioned.
