New Hard Disk Install and now EVE lags badly
Upgraded HDD. Made a fresh windows install. Loaded EVE, Isboxer etc and copied saved profile from old HDD. Run 4 windows/4 alts.
Things sort of worked ok for a week but there were little niggles when warping, just locked up for micro seconds and jumping through gates seemed to be very laggy. Now it has got much worse. Leaving a station it can completely lockup for 15-30 seconds and can also happen when switching between windows.
Watching the FPS indicator in top left, often main window drops to 3-7 fps while I can see background windows going up to 80-90 fps and what looks like 999 on some occasions although it is really to fast to tell.
Checked EVE settings between new and old HDD, all seems the same.
Re-exported my profile to innerspace but made no difference. Hopefully it is something really simple I have messed up and am too blind to see!
