Mouse Look stuck

I'm sorry if this is a silly question. I couldn't find anything in search.

When I click on one of the secondary windows, then move the mouse back to the big screen, everything spins until I click again.

It isn't game-breaking, but it kind of annoying. It's like it sticks in mouselook and you have to clear it each time.

YouTube videos don't show this, so it has to be something I'm doing wrong.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Select your Window Layout in the top pane, and find the "When I click to focus a game window" option. Change that to "ignore the click".
