EVE Client Window Settings

So I have been using a program called garpaUI that mirrors all my accounts windows.

I have decided to change my window positions. I changed it to how I want it on my Main account and I have run garpaUI in order to mirror it across accounts.

When I launch my account outside of isboxer all the windows are perfect. however when I launch it with isboxer all the accounts go back to the old way.

where can I find the settings so I can clear them?

I have uninstalled isboxer and re-installed it. I have deleted the entire folder to try and clear the settings.

Garpa UI's manual has a note at the bottom with what they recommend doing.

Your ISBoxer toons are using separate instances of the EVE Settings folder. If you delete the file(s) from each folder that you updated in the main folder, they will re-copy from the main folder. Ideally they would just build this into Garpa UI, e.g. find Settings-* and either remove the files they modified in the main folder to force a re-copy, or manually copy them.
