UI Flickering?
So, I'm having an odd issue where my clients displayed on my 3rd monitor are flickering very much like what is described and recorded for in this post:

I'm fairly certain my video card is not the issue as I'm able to run Surround in BF4 settings High with no artificing or glitching. It only occurs in EVE online and only on my full screen client I have windowed to my third monitor.
I'm attempting to start the client in DX9 only now to see if this remedies the issue, but it's an odd occurence as none of my other clients, including the full screen view on my first monitor (I have 3, left is full screen, middle is micro resolutions of all clients, and right is another full screen.)
