Windows flipping to new position!?

I have followed the instructions for the new launcher. I set up a new new set of characters and a window layout using 2 windows on each of 3 screens. I turned off all swapping. Now when I go to launch and log in to each of the windows, it lets me log in, but it flips the window back to the left side of the main monitor. After logging into all the accounts, I end up with a pile of 6 windows on the left side of the main monitor. I have checked everything that I can think of, but I can not find a solution.

!? Got it working with that post. I guess that I didn't search as well as I thought I did. Sorry!

Why isn't this working with DX11? Is it going to work with DX11? Is this a CCP issue?

I need to do some additional investigation to find out what exactly is going wrong with DX11.

It should work with DX11 after I manage to track that down, but have not yet had time to take care of that.
