Window swapping after Rubicom

Hello there!

I am using ISBoxer for a long time now and never had any Problems but since Rubicon my Windows just wont stay where they belong when i do a Mouseclick in them.
Checking my Window Layouts didnt help me and i didnt change anything in my Profiles for a long time since everything was fine.

I wonder if anyone else is having this problems since all i read is that there are several GFX issues which i dont have at all.....

Change your in-game video setting from Fullscreen, to Windowed
