Disconnects Ping Zapper & Eve?

I have a problem many people in Eve have which is random disconnects.

I solved this with the help of Ping Zapper.
Has anyone got ping zapper to work with IS Boxer running four clients of Eve?

Any thoughts?

can anyone smarter then me describe how a VPN tunnel (what I am assuming this is?) can provide a more "Stable" connection to servers?

does the game server (eve in this case) send a keep-alive to the IP address (which is this companies server) and since its higher up in the pipeline then your home connection it doesnt drop you as often?
