Clicking on background windows without changing main scree

Hi, I'm using the 7 day trial at the moment, and there is one major thing which will sway me choosing to move to paid subscription.

I run 4 accounts, currently, the main is the large window, then the 3 others are small underneath.

How would I set it up so that I can hold down a button and then click and move some cargo from the cargo to a fleet hanger on one of the small screens without switching it to the main screen?

I have had a look around at posts and videos but cannot find out how to do it, so any help would be very much appreciated.

You need Focus Follows Mouse. You probably want to combine that with Per-window Hotkeys for switching.
