I cant add a diagnostic, the game crashes right as I try and run it.

If you read the AION forums you will see MIRAI has instructions on making a batch file with these parameters -ip:64.25.35.103 -port:2106 -cc:1 -noauthgg -charnamemenu -lbox -f2p -loginex -noweb

and then drag and drop that in the add game menu

this has always worked for me for years

Let me say this in caps (I'll move on to big letters later)
INNERSPACE DOES NOT LAUNCH BATCH FILES. USE THE AION.BIN FILE OR USE THE NCSOFTLAUNCHER. PUT THE APPROPRIATE PARAMETERS IN FOR IT.

A search for "batch file" shows me no such post from MiRai saying to create a batch file. This post from Lax says you cannot use a batch file.

You can keep fighting on this if you like, but, it would get you playing faster if didn't.

As for the diagnostics. The WIKI page says:

Launch your game as it would normally run,without ISBoxer or Inner Space. If the launcher is what is crashing, open just the launcher. Otherwise, get past the launcher so that the game window is open.

because, if it is crashing out it is hard to get the diagnostics..............
