Another newb with issues...Help please

I really hate asking for help, but I just can't get this thing started up for some reason. I'm certain I'm missing something that's rifght in front of my face. I am trying to run 6 toons on my new ASUS gaming laptop. I am loading them all up in a specific order thru innerspace via the ISBOXER CHARACTER SET after I've uploaded the settings to innerspace. This is done immediately after running through the setup wizard in ISBOXER. I followed the video and it all seemed pretty simple....but nothing works. Soooo, I deleted the toons from ISBOXER and the character set and did it all again....I was able to get 2 of the toons to follow each other when i swapped screens, but the other 4 just stood there. All toons were able to assist and target correctly what I had targeted with the tank. BOB helped a little in IRC chat and answered a few questions for me, but I still couldnt get it resolved....Soooo, once again I deleted the toons and the character set and reran the wizard, logged in got the toons grouped in the correct order and nothing works again. I made the ASSIST and FOLLOW keys on all toons and put all of them on hotbar 3 keys 11 and 12 and then bound those 2 hotbar keys to CNTRL-F1(assist) and CNTRL-F2(follow) and this was done for each toon. During the wizard it showed messing with the variable keystrokes to get each toon to target the other toons in the group, but I didnt do anything there because that was already setup in ISBOXER correctly (in the top right pane under character sets, name of set- bottom right pane slots, slot 1 thru slot 6).

I may not be a coder, but I'm not an idiot. I got thick skin too so if you see something I did that was stupid, well just call it out for what it is. I just want to figure out how to get this working so I can 6box again like I used to back during the PoP/LDoN days of yore. I've been working on this since the 29th and I'm not getting any closer to a resolution.
I posted a similiar querry last night in the EQ chat channel, but then fell asleep and when I got up I had been disconnected, so if you tried to help me in chat last night I missed it. Any help is greatly appreciated

FYI: The confusion was not in the setup, but rather the execution. I was confused about the ALT-F (follow) and ALT-A (assist). I kept trying to get the commands to work via the CTRL-F1 and CTRL-F2 keys that I had mapped via in game options to the hotbar keys I made for follow and assist. My problem was that I didn't make the ALT keys and so my brain kept skipping over that part!
