Characters wont follow?

Can anyone take a look at my file and tell me what im doing wrong?

You don't mention what you're pressing or if you've got a /follow macro in game, but if you're pressing Num4 on your NumPad and you have a /follow macro in game assigned to Num4, I see no reason why they wouldn't be following (assuming you've invited your characters in Slot order).
