Problem with hotbar not working

If I launch the team for some reason 1 of the characters hotbar wont have the assigned key to it IE hotbar 3 I assigned button 1 to num 4 and button 2 to num 8 for follow and assist all other characters have same setting. If I log the character in normal without going through isboxer its there if I load it through isboxer its blank and I cant set it in everquest settings it will allow me to set any other key I want but if I hit num 4 or num 8 nothing happens its like im not hitting a key. No clue why im having so much trouble with just follow and assist on multiple characters

It could be a Key Map issue. Try turning off Key Maps (Shift-Alt-M) in order to assign the Keybind to the EverQuest Options window.
