Game will not launch -New user

Game will not launch after right clicking from the system tray for Inner Space.

When I opened the console it finds the directory and the characters no problem, It states that it is beginning the launch phase, and then shows the 3 minute time out error.

In ISBoxer's Help menu select "Diagnostics for game crashes". Get me these diagnostics from a running instance of the game client eqgame.exe (i.e. without Inner Space/ISBoxer if necessary).

Chances are you have a Windows Compaitiblity setting applied to the game that will need to be disabled in order to use ISBoxer
