Ultramon Issues
Starting this topic only to let others know.
If you run ultramon follow the instruction in the last post of this thread.
If you don't use a windows layout it doesn't seem to matter. But for me the instant I tried to use a layout it caused issues.
I had completely forgotten about Ultramon when trying to troubleshoot. Thanks to Lax for the help.
