EQ not launching from ISboxer since last EQ patch

I'm unable to get EQ to launch from ISboxer since the last EQ patch.
I get a box that says eqgame.exe has stopped working. On the
drop down problem details it says APPCRASH. Nothings changed
unless isboxer updated (build 5664) and that is the issue.

I can log into EQ normally, just not thru isboxer now.
Anybody else having this issue?

I've tried everything I can think of. Shutdown any non necessary processes at start up.
Uninstalled ISboxer and innerspace, restarted and reinstalled and setup again.

Still get appcrash eqgame.exe has stopped working.

Any ideas why it would just quit working after patch?

So after several hours of research and educating myself there was a file that
showed up in the appcrash log that was preventing me from logging in from
innerspace. mibhoh.dll

Hmmm yeah that only shows up as virus/malware according to google. Did you get this fixed?

Yes I'm fixed. My regular virus / malware prog didn't find it, but installed AVG and
fixed it right away. Very odd that that was keeping me from running EQ from innerspace
but it was. As soon as it was gone I could launch my boxes.
