Unable to tab out of EQ after recent patch

I've used ISboxer without problems for years, but after this recent free-to-play patch I'm unable to swap out of EQ to view a webpage etc.
I haven't tested if I can swap between characters, because I've been playing a single account for the last couple weeks. (The SOLO profile). I suppose I could just use wineq2 instead, but I'm used to ISboxer and it's already configured. any help is appreciated.

I decided to just completely remake the profile, and everything is fine now. Please disregard my questions.
