EQ1 6-box window configuration

I just started using ISBoxer for EQ1 last week and I have a basic configuration running successfully. I was 5-boxing with one character on the main monitor and 4 characters on the secondary monitor, and this was running nicely with good frame rates. The 4 characters on the second monitor occupy the entire screen, and the images are large enough to see what is going on. When I tried switching to 6-boxing the default setups for 5 characters on the second monitor all result in small windows and lots of unused space on the monitor, and my frame rate takes a big hit switching from 5 to 6. Is there a simple way to have 5 characters on the second monitor that effectively use the available space?

Did you figure out a windows setting that takes up the whole screen on the screen running 5 instances?
