Out of group auto heal

Can someone point me to the guide that sets up a healer outside of group that will auto heal when my tank gets to 80%?

The only heal guide i have seen is the click bar guide to healing.

ISBoxer does not read any game data so would have no idea your tank is at 80%, and thus what you are looking for is not something ISBoxer can provide.
