I am not sure when the problem started. It was relatively recently though. There are huge pauses of around 45 seconds to over a minute for each instance to launch. Even with only 2. I uninstalled and re-installed, but the problem still occurs.

Windows 10 Pro machine, updated, etc. Any thoughts how to address the slow launches?

Same here even the launcher fails to launch at first after waiting minutes I have to relaunch that team...

First would be to try the current Dev build.

To get the development build, right click the Inner Space icon in the tray, select Patcher, go to the Development tab, click the Check for Updates button, and if needed, click on the Install Now button to install.
