Error when logging in

I've been successfully running 5 accounts on one PC until tonight. 4 of the accounts log in fine, but the fifth throws a message saying it is banned when trying to enter game through Innerspace. I can log into the account through the launchpad with no issues, but it does say the wrong password was entered X times when I switch to the launchpad. I'm entering the password the same either way.

I created a new profile after deleted all of the characters from ISboxer with the same result. I've been digging through the forum but haven't found a solution LOL I tried no patch and default profile also.

Any help would be appreciated! I know it is something small, just can't seem to find it.

Can you try typing the password into the login field so that you can see what it is that you're typing? Also, are you disabling Key Maps (Shift Alt M)?

I did both, to the same results. If I launch that account in any way from innerspace I get the message, launching normally it goes right in.

Are you bypassing the EQ patcher with ISBoxer? (This is something that might typically be different when logging in normally.)

There have been issues in the past, with specific accounts, when doing so.

I had tried it with both default and no patch profiles. After your reply I created a shortcut on the desktop with patchme, and had the same result. It looks like bypassing is the cause.

I'm relatively new to all of this, is running without bypassing covered in the guides?

I'm confused, you typed your password into the login field and... What happened? You saw the correct password? I'm referring to when you bypass the launcher.

Either way, you can try deleting that character/account's specific virtual file (I'm unfamiliar with where they're located, but it's wherever the default EQ ini files are located), exporting from ISBoxer, and then re-launching your Character Set.

Lax's post pointed me to the problem being from bypassing the launcher using patchme. I haven't figured out how to not bypass it yet, since even the default profile acts just like the no patch profile.

If you used Add Game and pointed to eqgame.exe then it certainly would. All you should have to do though is go back and right click IS, select Add Game, and point it at EverQuest.exe (or whatever the current launcher is now), then have ISBoxer use the newly added Game Profile

I noticed in the gamedetection XML file it was looking for Everquest in the default installation location, which I had not used. It found eqgame.exe via the program files environmental variable, but that didn't help it find the launchpad.exe which is the patcher/normal starting method. This made even the default profile work like the no patch profile. I edited the file to point to my actual launchpad location and all of the accounts work now.
