New to ISBoxer, having problems starting.

I have followed the wiki. http://isboxer.com/wiki/EQ1:Quick_Start_Guide

But after I reach the point of "Logging into the game" I am unable to play. I can log into the game without inner space but whenever I try to load the game with it I get the error message from Inner Space:

"Failed to execute "C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\Everquest\eqgame.exe"patchme'. The process terminated unexpectedly."

I hope this matter can be resolved quickly. I have paid for your product and am very frustrated that I can find no way to actually use it. Essentially throwing away the money I have spent so far.

So now when I start the game the game client for the first character loads up fine but unfortunately the second character's game client does not load. After the second client crashes, I am unable to load the game despite however many attempts I try to use Inner Space.

I realized I have been able to correct the problem by exiting and retrying a couple of times. Has been consistent since.
