Hangs When Going From Character Select Screen to Game

I've had ISBOXER working without a problem until today. Windows 11 updated. After the update, the Nividia driver for the RTX 3080 TI was disabled and the Microsoft Basic driver was used. So, I needed to install a new driver.

I can use the Everquest launcher to run multiple instances without a problem. I can load a character from the character select screen and I can quite from the game to the character select screen without a problem.

I initially launched from ISBOXER. For the most part, I could get to the character select screen. It hangs going from the character select screen to the game. It loads the splash screen but soon hangs. Just loading using Innerspace has the same affect. I didn't modify ISBOXER or Innerspace after the update. I limited the number of characters loaded to 6. I restarted the computer when going from loading with Isboxer to loading with Innerspace to eliminate any side effects persisting.

For a number of reasons. I had to do a clean install of windows 11. I installed isboxer on the c: drive. The old installion had iboxer on the c: and innerspace on the d: driver. The editable xml file was on the d:. I'm using the same xml on the d: out of shear laziness. I have a large screen which I split into two areas. I'll probably try a fresh xml file just to eliminate that as a possibility. The other difference is the display drivers. There is one for the VGA board and another for the Nividia RTX 3080 Ti. The old system had a windows drive which the device manager said wasn't working. It what windows installed. I have the driver from the board manufacturer loaded. Windows seems to leave it alone. The Nividial driver is I think the same.

I have a feeling it has something to do with the system switching to the vga temporarily in transitioning from the character load to the everquest.

Please make suggestions, I would like to solve the problem. I do have an older computer where I can load a couple of characters.

Attached is a link to a dropbox folder. It contains a text file for the xml configuration file. I don't believe it modified the clipboard copy.
