Reset Device() failed!

I keep getting the same message when I try to launch my character set, Reset Device() failed! I updated Inner Space and switched to the development and I still get the same error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

So I have tried to delete and reinstall ISBoxer, Innerspace, and even Everquest. Nothing worked. I would appreciate any help anyone can throw my way. Thank you.
