Loadup time

I have been 6 boxing on windows 7, to load up all 6 took about a 1 min.

Just got windows 8 and now it takes about 3 mins to load up all 6. Is there a setting for this that I can change or something I can do to make it faster?

No, not really. Windows should optimize the loading time on its own after a few launches, though...
