Widget Title Bars

Would it be possible to add a toggle to "Always Show Titlebar."
I have a Menu that is ALWAYS in the way of the game UI. There is no good place to permanently place it. Presently, when vending, trade skilling, etc., I'm constantly opening the GUI and dragging the Menu around. With a toggle to always show the title bar I could drag and drop the Menu as needed just like a portion of the game UI.
- GUI Mode toggle now hides/shows any Widget title bars (the Puck no longer has a permanent title bar)
