Hi

Since few days I have a problem while launching a team in ISB 2 (for browser games). I receive the attached error message.

Anyone has encountered the same and/or knows how to fix it?

Many Thanks

Updating to the latest live build of Inner Space might help.

When Innerspace loads and pops up the UI indicating there is a new version available, you click on the Install Now button.

If your version is old enough to not have the patcher as per above, you will need to use the Patch these files button.

Thanks for your help.

Actually when I launch Inner space, the only thing which pops up is the error message attached. Should I uninstall Inner space and reinstall it from scratch? Or would you recommand something different?

Thanks a lot

Hi

I actually managed that. So I installed the lastest version of inner space. Now I can launch Inner space without getting that error message.

I then launch ISboxer 2 (for browser games) and I get the attached message. Any idea what I should I do to get it to work?

I highely appreciate your help

Thanks a lot

Yes: Re-follow the video.

The error is indicating an error in your Game Location called "firefox", and it says your Game Location has no External Window or Inner Space Window details provided. So you have a Game Location called "firefox" but does not point to a firefox.exe in any way, and it is saying it has no idea what to do.

Chances are you're following a video that shows you how to set up Window Capture details, which is what you're missing.
