It was showing that they were out because there was a bug and there may still be keys left:

Nope, I checked my history as well since I signed up the moment he posted it and didnt notice it had no keys till I registered and it doesnt say I have any.

No worries, phase 3 of the beta is over. The next phase rumored to start around August 8th is open beta so all can get in.
