isboxer wont work

I have set everything up, but when I try to start up the team the ffxiv launcher appears but when I click on play, the game doesn't open. Nothing happens afterwards. Can someone help me? I have 3 characters set up.

1. Open up your registry (Win + R > "regedit")
2. Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
3. Remove all entries for FFXIV
4. Have fun multiboxing
