Hi
Since the last update 10/07/2019 I get an error message and can't start EQ2 amymore.

I can confirm this is an issue.
You can revert to your previously installed version of Inner Space via the History tab in the Inner Space Patcher window. Right click IS and select Patcher to find it

Inner Space build 6585 is now live with this issue fixed.
