Mute Muting on Close?

I recently noticed I had left Mute background off on my Marvel Heroes profile. When I enabled it and played a single session, my memory finally kicked in and I realized I had left it off on purpose. It seems to "break" the sound when you play a single instance of the game outside of Inner Space. I confirmed this by removing the switch and re-launching through IS and than without.

Is there a work around for this? Not a huge issue, just wondering.

It is a side effect that when having it enabled, it will mute the game as its closed because it "loses focus" and therefore gets muted, and this affects when you load the game up for solo play.

The only workaround I can think of is to create your own "volume fader" Mapped Key by using a set of Volume Actions (located under Sound Actions), and then tie it to each Slot of your Character Set while enabling the "and only when I press the above Hotkey" option.

This was just a quick description on how create the workaround, but if you need a more detailed walkthrough, then just ask. :)
