I goto the quick set up guide, set up my accounts and set the game as Neverwinter. Save the IS boxer info, then run Innerspace. Everytime it says my WO path is not valid. Can some one please tell me what is going on?

Whatever Game Profile you have configured for your NW Characters to use, is apparently pointing at whatever invalid WO path you're describing.

Either...
a) Go into the top left pane under Characters and select each one that's broken, then in the bottom right pane adjust the Game/Game Profile drop-down boxes to be one that isn't broken. (Note: You can test the Game Profile first by launching an instance from the IS menu)
or...
b) Adjust the broken Game Profile (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Game_Profile) to point to something that is valid
