Manually loading the binds seems to work- I'll have to retry with a name with a first and last name to see if that works later. Any idea what could be causing the binds to not load automatically?

I'd double check the options menu to make sure it looks 100% like this:

Image

and that your binds are all landing in the C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live folder.

If both are true, then it should be working. :?

If the default drive and folder path for neverwinter has been changed would that affect the binds? If not- then I'm not sure what's up.

Anything is possible, but seeing how the binds files are being generated to the proper place, its unlikely. You might check your character prefs files and see if everything is in order there. I think lax might be able to tell you more about the ISBoxer and Neverwinter files seeing how he wrote the scripts. Try and catch him in a chatroom and see what he says.

One thing I was thinking Sylver is we can have the CWs Follow 0 to the healer and add the follow to every spell, ( thats what I did with my healer) so in case he is out of reach of me he cast Healing Word if he is out of reach he moves close to reach me and the next time i press it he is within reach. And then setup Sunburst to the healer rotation so everyone around the healer aka CWs are healed also if there is mobs around it would damg them hopefully by this time im able to pull them of the healer.

Tidomann, I am in the same boat as you. NeverBoxer is working well for me after deleting the extra characters (I currently run a Duo) and manually loading the binds. I took v0.8 and renamed the characters and modified the virtual files trying every which way of character vs character@account with no success. In my case my characters only have First names...

Did you rename the existing characters or run the 'Quick Setup Wizard' to create a new Character Set?

Yeah- once I manually loaded them in I'm pretty much set now. I renamed the existing characters, and their real names.

Lax had mentioned that in future releases not to distribute the Toolkit.XML file. Formerly it was used to bring graphics to buttons in the game, but he just coded something to get rid of that requirement - he did mention that it conflicts with player setups somehow. Version .9 will use imagesets and no longer use the Toolkit file... you might try looking into that file and see if anything isn't correct. Maybe rename it and see what happens as a test case.

Good to know. When I got the warning that it was going to replace the original I believe I stopped and renamed the original to something like Toolkit.XML.bak.b4_NB_0.8.YYYYMMDD...

I will try to remember to check when I get off work and do a diff compare on the two files...

The biggest problem I have in v0.8 is that when the GF blocks the slave(s) at-will abilities just stop. If I stay behind the shield and stab over it and bash with the shield then the slave(s) at-will abilities don't fire.

Have you confirmed that behavior with your GF and have you been able to fix it ?
